Sauna Day!
Today, I’m jumping on the GO Train and joining a friend at the Thermea Spa Village, Whitby* for a day of aufguss, cold plunge, and meditation sessions on repeat as well as a lunch on the Biergarden’s heated patio. We both love a good aufguss! And alongside their large sauna/aufguss building, Thermea Whitby has a small sauna specifically for the Arboreal Aufguss ritual, which we’re longing to try:

This special spa day is, in fact, one of my Christmas presents for 2024. So, you bet I’ll be arriving early and leaving long after sunset. And, of course, my friend and I will be wearing two of the Sauna Hats I made earlier this fall!
