PYJAMA, PAJAMA
Making Pajama pants from upcycled fabrics is the task of the day. PJ pants are a great beginner’s project. So, today marks a great day to learn or to teach others. I happen to have the Closet Core Carolyn Pajamas pattern in my stash, so I’ll be using that. I’m also hoping to add the simply gorgeous True Bias Casey Boxer Short & Pant to my holiday wishlist. But, you can find free pyjama pants just about everywhere, for instance, this free unisex, mult-size version from Life Sew Savory.
For Bea, I grabbed a lovely yellow floral Laura Ashely twin top sheet from my local Value Village. One flat sheet is plenty for a quick-sew project like this. For myself, I’m using some Ralph Lauren fabric from my stash and some deadstock navy piping I picked up from MacFab Sews a while back.

I’ll post the results below as they become available!
Pretty good for one day!
Just have to wait to fit the yellow floral’s hem and waistband to the wearer!
