Pyjama Day + Building the Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich
Each year, during Advent, we grab a pair of crazy holiday pyjamas for at least one person in the family (usually Bea) and we celebrate with Dinner for Breakfast.
Today, we’re going to have Breakfast for EVERY SINGLE MEAL!
And, we’re going to attempt to build the ultimate breakfast sandwich!
I’m eyeing a Country Biscuit with Peameal, White Cheddar, Avocado, and Spicy Mayo (with an extra biscuit just for butter and honey). I’m wondering if Ms. B is eyeing a Sesame Bagel with Bacon, Eggs, and Smoked Artisanal Oka….? Will T make his out of his favourite Fried Chicken and Waffles? What about a breakfast sandwich built on pancakes, then? Or Latkes, Lox and Sour Cream?
