Smoky Busted Pipe Cocktail

There’s nothing like a little NoNo on a cold night. Add a little Whisky and it’s a solid 10! Add cherries and smoke and, well, heaven! Here’s SSJ’s twist on the Busted Pipe Cocktail, a Pipe that may be “broken” but is still smoking, i.e. The Smoky Busted Pipe. A wee note that this is a rather strong cocktail. Feel free to pour her over some additional ice after smoking! And always enjoy your beverages responsibly!

Notes

This is a strong cocktail! Drink responsibly! Add some ice to your glass if you prefer a longer sip!
Amaro Nonino
Nonino Quintessentia Amaro is available globally at many liquor stores. We found ours at the LCBO.
Bourbon/Whisky
We used Bearface Triple Oak Elemental, which we purchased from our local LCBO.

Amarena Cherries
While we usually use our own SSJ Cherries for cocktails, I dipped into our Fabri Amarena Cherries to add extra sweetness to this very stiff drink!
Orange Zest
I highly recommend the OXO Good Grips Y-Shaped Julienne Peeler to make zests in a jiffy.
Smoking Saucer Kit
Using caution and practicing fire saftely, I’ve used the Spirits with Smoke Smoking Saucer Kit with Torch.

Enjoy Responsibly!
