MAIL CHRISTMAS CARDS
Gone are the family photo cards. We’ll be handwriting a select few Christmas cards this year and sending them out as we go. Formerly broken hands need rest. So, yes, this does take time…. But, good news! The first batch sails today! I can’t wait to hear the slam of our local post box!
[And, can I just take a moment here to honour my friend Maureen, who has this awesome family tradition of sending out annual greetings on Groundhog Day? Seriously, M, this is genius! Your cards are always the best winter light-therapy!]
AND DESIGN GIFT TAGS
Today, we’re also going to design some gift tags to attach to our Christmas gifts. This could be as simple as re-using the linoleum blocks we made for our tea-towels on Tuesday or sketching a few holiday mice onto cardstock. No pressure. We’ll figure it out as we go! Hopefully, with a plate of Snickerdoodles.
[Oh, dear, and remember our Gift Tags from 2015? The cutest! Can you tell I’ve been sorting through old Advent posts?]
