Tuesdays in Advent are for Giving and Accepting Help
On Tuesdays in Advent, we support a charitable cause. As in years past, we give when and where we can. And we’re also never shy to ask for help when we need it.
Give to the Daily Bread Food Bank
Today, we’ll be making a donation to the Daily Bread Food Bank. If you thought last year was too much, grocery prices have continued to skyrocket, and food-bank use here in Toronto has gone up more than tenfold. In fact, food bank use has reached a record high of 3.9 million! So, once again, this winter, we’ll make a contribution to the DBFB.
