WELCOME TO SSJ ADVENT 2024
As you may know, Smelling Salts Journal transforms into an Advent Calendar each December.
As always, the easiest way to follow along is to visit Smelling Salts Journal every day in December. The newest #ssjadvent2024 posts will always be right below the masthead.
This year, I’ve implemented some changes that might be of interest to our annual followers and newbies alike.
NEW ADVENT PAGE
I’ve added a new ADVENT page to SSJ.
Simply click on ADVENT in the Menu at the top of the website or in the dropdown menu on mobile, and you’ll have access to all of the current #ssjadvent2024 posts in order of publication.
Below the collection of 2024 posts, this page includes The Posts of Christmas Past with links to all of the previous years’ roundup pages.
PHASING OUT THE “Events Calendar View”
Since 2017, SSJ Advent has also been available in an interactive “Events Calendar View.” While #ssjadvent2024 will still include this view, it’s not the easiest way to view or access SSJ’s advent content. In future years, and to future-proof SSJ Advent, this view will be phased out in favour of the new static ADVENT page and the annual roundup posts.
