It may have seemed quiet here on SSJ. But it hasn’t been! Over the past few weeks, I’ve been accomplishing a ton of the TBDs on my Fall Planner. Advent 2025 is coming
I’ve also begun planning SSJ Advent 2025, which I’m sure you all know is quite the task. I’m shooting to make this season even more magical by simplifying our daily tasks. So, let this be the first notice that my SSJ Advent Calendar is coming back for 2025!
In the meanime, Mind our dust!
In tandem with planning advent, I’m refreshing the look, feel, and functionality of SSJ! I’m advancing my coding skills and attending workshops on accessibility. And I’m learning about ways to future-proof the contents of SSJ and the way that content is displayed. The more I learn, the more I want to simplify. While most of this work is going on in the background, I’m in the process of moving it forward. Over the next few weeks, you might notice a few broken links and stylistic oddities on SSJ as I get ready to present a fresh face for the holiday season!
My key take-away from both of these projects is that an upgrade doesn’t have to mean that things get more complicated. You don’t have to wear Rococco heels to look fab at the party, let alone dance! Let’s grab our high-tops, instead!
