Stretch….
It’s movement Thursday once again in SSJ Advent 2023. We’re more than halfway through Advent, and it’s incredibly important to continue both exercising and resting our bodies and minds. This evening, I’ll be doing both. I’m taking a Yin Yoga Class at the nearby Toronto Yoga Co. Since this will be my first visit to this studio, I’ve booked a p.m. Yin class. I adore a deep stretch, and I so rarely take the time. So, this should be a real pleasure.
