Sing! Sing!
BROWNIE! BROWNIE!
We’re off to a choir concert tonight. And, as a way of preparing, we’re hosting a “micro-cookbook club” today by trying out a classic: Ina Garten’s Outrageous Brownies, from her cookbook, The Barefoot Contessa. I recently listened to Ina’s autobiography on my morning walks, and I could NOT stop thinking about the brownies that made her little shop a wonder. I sure hope we’re all ready when the luck happens!
Here’s the link to Ina’s Outrageous Brownie Recipe from The Barefoot Contessa Cookbook. Obviously, this is NOT my recipe. But I’ll post a picture of our results below as soon as I am able.
Wow are these brownies epic!
I’ve packed 3 freezer bags full, and still have a quadrant to share fresh!
